Neymar uses poker as "therapy" amid injury treatment

Out of action for at least a month, Neymar took to social media to speak for the first time about his injury. On Instagram, the Santos player posted a photo showing his thigh with some interventions and a poker game on a screen, with the caption: "treatment + therapy."

Neymar is suffering from a grade 2 injury to the rectus abdominis muscle of his right thigh, in an area known as the "shooting motor." The player felt the injury on September 18th and has already begun treatment. The star is expected to recover for more than four weeks, with his return expected only in November.

Without Neymar, Santos beat São Paulo in the last round of the Brazilian Championship and moved away from the relegation zone. Next Sunday (28), Peixe will go to Bragança Paulista to face Bragantino , in search of the second consecutive victory in the competition.
